Ruth Z. Cummings
Ruth started Athletic Touch in 1994, after graduating from the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics, in a small 12 by 12 room on San Mateo Boulevard, here in Albuquerque. It grew into what it is today. She takes care of clients part-time at the moment, and spends most of her time caring for her two children at home. She loves to teach, and loves improving athletic or musical performance through every form of Sports Massage. Her massage treatments combine massage, stretching, breathing, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, emotional work, and Patterning-which intertwines emotional patterns with physical patterns. Ruth enjoys spending time with her family, scrapbooking, golf and her dog Rigs.
Cory Gaeth
