Try these easy massage techniques
Are you or someone you love having a hard time falling asleep or staying asleep?
Try these ideas:
1. Rotate their big toe, in a big circle, as slow as you can for 5-10 minutes
2. Rub their back between the shoulder blades clockwise for 5-10 minutes
3. Softly, very softly, rub around their eyes, making a figure 8 around 1 eye, to the bridge of the nose and around the other eye.
