Do you know someone with back pain?

Try these massage techniques:
- Have them lay face up on a firm mattress
1. With your hands under their ankles, slowly roll their legs in & out 1/4 turn
2. If this doesn't cause them pain, roll in & out 1/2 turn to the full extent of your wrist for 5-10 min.
3. If this is relaxing, pick the legs up and rock them back & forth with your arms straight, both legs in, both legs out.
4. Then, both legs to the right, both legs to the left, gently. Your arms should move like elephant trunks.
