Sports Massage is essential for the longevity of athletic performance. Our Training Packages make regular Sports Massage quick & affordable. Working backwards from the time of your event, we will schedule the best times right before & after your event, then use the remaining session times in between long runs or on the days when you rest for 24-48 hours. If you take a week to taper, we will utilize this time to best prepare your body for your race or event. We will also stretch you, use ice on injured areas when needed and be a general support for your peak athletic performance.
