Get Healthy Again
This 12 week program includes exercise with a personal trainer, stretching, good nutrition & massage in the best tailored combination for you to reach your goals. Some people need more massage, others need more meditation, still others need more exercise and stretching. After listening to and determining your health goals together, whether to loose or gain weight, get stronger, be better conditioned, more focused, or have better balance within your daily living, together, we will create a program to support your success.

Because my programs are tailored to you...maybe more massage, maybe zero massage, maybe 2 massages per month, maybe 3 exercises per week, maybe 2, etc., the prices vary.
